POSTAL (GB) is a passion project I’ve been working on in my free time for the past few months. it’s a fully reimagined and faithfully recreated version of the cult classic POSTAL, originally developed by Running With Scissors. Built entirely from the ground up for the Nintendo Game Boy, this fan project strives to capture the same deprived energy, tone, and gameplay that defined the original, within the unique technical limits of the handheld. All music, entities, environments, and art has been lovingly recreated in glorious game boy green, all in tribute to the timeless masterpiece that is POSTAL. The pixel art program i used was Piskel, and the game engine is gb studio. this port is fully compatible with official Game Boy hardware and can be played on any modern emulator.
